Hello O2 community,

I have an DSL contract which was supposed to end yesterday. But today morning thru O2 app I notice that the contract has been automatically extended for another one year.

For the termination of DSL contract, I had sent the contract termination letter well in advance (6 months before) and O2 also acknowledged me by sending a letter.

so why did the contract renew automatically without my consent? I do not want O2 DSL contract anymore. How do I proceed? Can anyone please suggest?

Your cancelation request was completely in time and usually the line should be deactivated by July 26th 2021. Because of scheduling problems the new termination date is August 2nd 2021. But you will only have to pay up to the regular ending the rest of the time will be credited.

Thanks for the information, now I need to send back the Router to O2. what is the procedure and which address should I send it to? 

I tried searching in the forum but couldn't find the address (end up with 404 failure code).
