I have requested DSL connection from O2. 15 days before i received o2 wireless modem and Technciain appointment was give 28.05.2020. Technicial came at 9.00 and left 9.30 saying connection was activated. He didnt show me internet was working that. Just went like call o2 for wireless activation. But even DSL cable i connected to wireless modem. Still my internet was not working. This is looking very unfair took contract for 24 months but not sure how to work with o2 without internet was activated.. I received mail saying that your connection is activated. Totally disappointed with service. Now i am finding all the way in internet how to activate no help.. I need some one from o2 have to visit and have to explain..

@DineshGermany the technican is from German Telekom and don’t configure your o2 Homebox. Can you post the status from the leds from the router. And what model of o2 Homebox you have?
Yes, he said, But how can I confirm my internet is working fine- I connected Grey cable in DSL port form democratic point.
Only WLAN LED and DSL LED is glowing- Internet LED should glow to make it work.
WLAN its taking me to login , I can see green tick for 2 line(DSL cable connected properly and DSL was activated, But network is not found). I am attaching all snap of o2 box.
I can see 2 tick some time, Sometime i can see only 1 tick- I am not sure might DSL cable faulty or not. Who can help to fix this.
O2 box model is 6741.

The o2 Homebox you have is rented original from o2? I ask, because you can’t use private owned o2 Homebox. Now my the other question. First screenshot „Status der Erkennung des Zugangsnetzes“ Did you get a message Like „Nicht verbunden“ sometimes later?
Yes.- the error not recognized or not found i didn't took snap of that, cant remember exactly. some time i am receiving only one tick mark, refreshed and rebooted as well..
mostly i am getting below snap, rarely getting 2 tick marks.
Again. The o2 Homebox ist rented original from o2 not a private buy? If rented the technican from the German Telekom make a mistake and connect you to the wrong port at the DSLAM.
In German we say „Der Anschluss ist verschaltet worden“ What you must do now. You must raise a technical ticket tomorrow.
You can use the o2 dsl help app for this. Ask if you made a call over the app for an english operator or get help from a german speaken friend.
Strongly mention that you can read „Status der Erkennung des Zugangsnetzes“ -> nicht verbunden/Überprüfung läuft and that you have a DSL sync.
Please post here any updates and if you need more help. Last thing. I am not an employee from o2, i am a customer like you. Employees from o2 have o2_ in their nicknames.

Yes, I raised a technical ticket, O2 technical team checked remotely and said they will send the technician on 2-June-2020, i have to wait till 2-June-2020
