Hi,

I ordered dsl connection from shop. And i got email that my connection will be activated on 7th of November 2019. But now i want to cancel this order.

What i have to do?

And are there any deductions?

For contracts concluded in a shop there is no legal right of withdrawal. You can ask in the shop if they will agree to cancel the order out of goodwill. Otherwise, only the termination to the end of the agreed contract period is possible.
