I would like to know how can I finish the process of cancellation. On 17.07.2019, I receive an email said "Die Bearbeitung und die schriftliche Bestätigung können etwas Zeit in Anspruch nehmen." After few days late, I got a phone call from O2. He asked me about the reason why I wanted to cancel the contract. But, I would like to know does this means I have done the cancellation or I will receive a really letter from O2 by post? Or should I do something else to finish the cancellation?
