Hello.

I had my DSL LANDLINE order on 14th February. Few days later I got an email regarding that the order is checking and you can see the order status and they sent me o2 website link but there was nothing there. Now I have no idea if my process accepted even? Are they going to be here on the same date I choose?

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

You should normally be receiving periodic updates concerning your order by SMS and E-Mail and if you already got a contract with us and the DSL was booked from there, then you should also be able to see the order when you login with that contract. Have you received no further communications so far?
