My DSL has been down since 0830, I ran the diagnostic through the O2 Service app and the router is ok but there is no internet coming into the house.

 

my Case number is XXXXX

 

I tried to call O2 and was told that they could not give me any technical help because none of them speak english.

 

I just want to know if it is an area wide outage or just me.

I am sorry to hear there were issues with you DSL connection. I a mglad you already found our o2 my Service app, in many cases it is able to help and reestablish the internet connection.

How does it look like now? Is your DSL connection up and running again? Or are there still any issues where we might have a look into? :-)
