But it also depends on the type of support required and the type of contract. Telephony is included in most contracts. Therefore, o2 does not have toll-free numbers for consumers.

I only have a mobile phone, with O2 contract.

Do I still pay for it?

If you have a contract with a flatrate to landline numbers it is included.
