The "Mein o2" login credentials are generally selected by the customer themselves when registering for "Mein o2". They are not specified by o2. It is therefore completely normal that you have not received login credentials for "Mein o2".

You can view your bills by logging into "Mein o2" and clicking on "Rechnung".

Just one thing I like to add: If you register please make sure that you are either logged out of our o2 community here or run the registration process in an inkognito window of your browser just to make sure there are no cookies that would prevent registering. :-)
