diagnose code 1520XXX


Hello,

I went to work, and today the internet installer went home. There was a babysitter at home, but she didn't even make sure she had internet. Internet connection failed. Is there a problem with the line? I don't speak German at all. I'm really annoyed. Aren't you supposed to at least check that there is internet access?

Ich ging zur Arbeit, und heute ging der Internetinstallateur nach Hause.  Es gab einen Babysitter zu Hause, aber sie sorgte nicht einmal dafür, dass sie Internet hatte.  Internetverbindung fehlgeschlagen.  Gibt es ein Problem mit der Leitung?  Ich spreche überhaupt kein Deutsch.  Ich bin wirklich genervt.  Solltest du nicht wenigstens prüfen, ob es einen Internetzugang gibt?

Have you copy & pasted the password? Some times the Differt between I (i) l (L) is not to detect.

Is every think is OK. Than call tomorrow the hotline. Tell the that you are „verschaltet“ switch wrong.

Login is not accepted but you have a DSL sync.!

Is the DSL LED On/blinking/off?

Is what kind of message do you get from the setup page from the homebox?

On the first screen the dsl Line is online!

Pleas do a factory default reset. Wait until Power/DSL LED is on. Than start setup on the FRITZ!Box. 

Enter the login data from O2. *@s93.bbi-o2.de with password.

Can you tell me how to do a factory reset?  The reset button is not visible.  It's a fritzbox 7560.

I didn't get the password wrong.  Does it have anything to do with the activation time passing?  It was from 12 noon to 16:00 today.

I saw that the password was wrong, but I ignored it and added an active phone number, and it seems to work.
