To whom it may concern,

I’m a O2 customer and I would like to thank you the assistant that I ‘ve received from the customer service in the livechat. Saddly, I could not remember his name when I asked it to him, but it was a young man who lives in Postdam (I would say Tim something, but I’m not quite sure). I don’t live in Germany any longer and, he is been exactly the kind of customer support that you wanted to find in a high professional company as Telefonica/O2: I can’t speak German but he helped me in English, trying to understand my situation, offering all the time the best solution for me and doing all the steps required in order to facilitate the best for me. Always with a smile and very polite. I don’t remember his name exactly, but it would be a pity that this good performance at work would not be remarked, and I wanted to humbly contribute to his reward. If someone in the company wants to know more details about my case in order to know who was he I would gladly be available.
