Contract renewal 2023

Hi,

I have O2 my Home M tariff for which the contract is expiring soon and I would like to renew the contract for another 24 months with O2 my Home S tariff. (A different tariff).

Last time I wanted to renew a contract I made a post here and got an offer via email. Is that still possible?

I have sent you an offer by e-mail for your DSL contract.  

If you like the offer, you can accept it directly via the link on the landing page. If you do not accept the offer, it will be deleted after 8 days.
In accordance with the Transparency Ordinance, I would like to refer you to our product information sheets, which you can download at www.o2.de/produktinformationsblatt. There you will find all product details (without discounts).

that is still possible, is there anything else about your contract that we should pay attention to aside from your wish to change from your current my Home M to a new my Home S?

No, there isn’t anything else, just the change from expiring my Home M to a new 24 month contract with my Home S.
