Hallo @buenosdiaslisa,

Gerrit

@o2_Gerrit I don’t know where I need to add information about the phone number, since I have already registered. why was I told earlier in the discussion here that I was not a member of the community?

@buenosdiaslisa In our community you are not registered with a login linked to your contract, therefore we cannot take a look in its data for you from here. You can register - if necessary with a new name - as described in our article under “Schritt 2” which I linked.

Best Regards,

Gerrit

Nothing works. It says that my number is already registered.

Can you explain to me in private messages?

I need your help and I also can't block third-party services for which I received an invoice because I didn't make any subscription through the phone number

all i see its just this

And so I managed to disable all third-party services. but I haven't signed up for any subscriptions before, why did I receive an invoice for a third-party service?? How do I request a refund?

Do you receive the error message, when you tr to register here: login.o2online.de/signin/XUI/?service=UserRegistration#login/?

This would be ok, as your phone number is registered for a customer account.

But this account is not registered with your @buenosdiaslisa account here,

You can trys to set up a new account (following text translated with DeepL.com (free version) from our article here Registrierung für die o2 Community | O₂ Community

Step 2: Log in to the o2 Community
Once you have completed the registration process and logged in to the o2 portal, the second step is to log in to the o2 Community. As a registered user of the o2 portal, you are not automatically logged in to the o2 Community. For the o2 Community, you need to set up your own username, which you will use to appear publicly on the platform. Here's how:

1. Once you've finished registering, go to the o2 Community. You can find it under the “Service” menu item at the top of our website or directly via this link: o2 Community.

2. Click on “Sign in” in the top right corner.

3. Choose your username for the o2 Community. Important: Your username must not contain any personal information such as your phone number or customer number! In addition, the “o2” in the name is reserved for o2 moderators.

4. Enter your email address so that you can receive notifications when there is a new reply to your post, for example.

5. Accept the Terms of Use and click on “Send.”

Best Regards,

Gerrit
