Contract

Hi this is Farhad Baybordi I was really not happy with DSL line of O2 and completely regretted to buy it because it was so unstable and really blocking my work environment. I requested to cancel my contract according to my contract details I can cancel it with 3 months pre notice now I have an email from O2 about canceling my contract in the 2023 I am really mad I want to know how can I end this contract.

The three months notice is to the end ofthe 24 month term. You have a two year contract, so even if you terminate it now it will not end until 2023.

If there are problems with the DSL connection you should notify o2 so that they can look into it and rectify any problems with the line if there are any. An unstable connection can have many causes.

@bs0 I dont who you are and what is your position in O2 but I found you always in defending of O2 in all conversations. This company has the worst customer services I have ever had. Plus unstable internet also I have problem with their modem which can not get the IP to devices and always need to restart. By the way I will do all I can do to terminate this disaster contract as soon as possible.

Hi @FarhadBay

Welcome to our o2 Community.

You have no idea.  bs0 is one of our greatest critic, but his criticism is constructive and he is always fair.

When its time to defend o2 he will, and when its time to do the opposite he won’t stop

Maybe you could go a bit more into detail about your DSL Contract? Which router do you use

and by the way, do you know our o2 my service app * ? The App can support you when having connection problems.

Best Regards.
