My O2 wifi Customer number is 6038946761.

I have left Berlin 1 year back and and have asked the new tenant to transfer the O2 wifi connection in his name. New tenant has submitted transfer form long time back. But we never heard back from O2 regarding same.

Can you please let me know in whose name the connection is at the current moment ?
