Confirm installation date and delayed router shipment

I would like to confirm the visit of the technician and the installation of the Internet network. According to your comments everything is ok.
The problem is with the router, which I haven't received yet and had to be sent again.

Since there were no more questions since the contact with ouur customer service I am sure any issue has been resolved :-)
