Chaning contract home internet

Hello I recently moved into o2 my internet got activated in 21st now i see a somewhar cheaper deal for more internet on the my o2 app, 500mbps for 25 euros and 35 after 13 months can i upgrade my current 250mbps plan to that? How can i do this

welcome to our o2 community, great, that you decided for us with your new contract 🙂

The offer you are asking about is a recently, since December 4,  started promotion with the Home XL 500 for cable connections for new contracts.

It cannot change an already running contract but has to be a new one.

You can upgrade your already active contract, this offer, however, is for entirely new contracts via cable.

    ​@ToprakD, the plan/tarif for existing contracts we can change, but we have to follow the suggestions given by our offer software. 

    To fit in promotions for new customers/contracts is here not offered for us.

    Hello ​@ToprakD,

    yes, it is also possible to order the plan with the discount when you are already o2 customer, for example with a mobile contract.

    As extension or change of an already existing we cannot get this discount.
