I have run into a similar problem as others before me, and just like other I cant direct message the o2 support until they enable it for me. If I could get assistence, it would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve enabled you to send private messages to our Supportaccount. Please inform us in the message about the number that you want us to enter into your data and please also tell us your four digit customer code there for verification.

while I have entered the contact number now, you should as soon as possible contact the hotline concerning your contract, as it currently is, no further progress will happen with it. You can contact the english hotline under the 089 66 66 300 81.

@o2_Sven Hey Sven, thank you for adding my phone number, but as I mentioned in the personal message to o2_support I'm unable to login into MeinO2 as it keeps saying that it does not recognize me, yet I have logged in before (the proof being that my browser saved both my login email and pincode). And I seem unable to call the English hotline for help for who knows what reason (are you sure that the hotline is still in service?).

yes the english hotline is still in service.

 You can usually (often) use the pre-login only once and then you can only register again when the contract has been activated. You should receive all necessary information from us via email.
