I currently have O2 DSL M connection but it is so slowly
and would like to change it to O2 my Home L. How can I change this? I hope you can help me.
My Festnetznummer of Tariff is XXXXXXXXXX

Hello
There may be different reasons, why a DSL connection is or seems slow. I recommend to have a look at our internet availability check to see what tariffs we offer at your address. If you already recieve and can measure around 50MBit/s and this is still too slow a tariff with a higher speed is a good solution. If you measure a siginificantly lower speed there may be other reasons for that.
Dd you maybe alread contact our DSL service and let them have a look into this or is there still something where we can have a look into? :-)
