Hi,

I made a new contract with O2-DSL(24 months) and I received a activation date as 08-12-2020. Can you please change it as It is mentioned that I do not need technician. Already old connection on this house was from O2 which is supposed to terminate on 2020-11-30.

Can you please help to change the activate date to 2020-12-01 so that I have continuous internet availability for my work.

Yes, thats a service fee, has nothing to do with a technican.

welcome to our o2 community!

 

I am sorry but usually we can not change to an earlier date. 3 to 4 weeks are normal for an activation and we always get the earliest possible date from the local network provider. Do you have the possibility to use mobile internet in the meantime?

thank you for the reply about activation. I don't have the possibilty to use my mobile internet as my daily consumption is too high, based on office work and daily use.

Unfortunately we do not have the possibility to move the activation to an earlier date since we always already order the earliest possible date for activation with our local provider.

You don't happen to have a mobile contract with us, do you?
