change my address in your system so my internet will work in my current location?

Before we take further action please follow this link and klick “Verfügbarkeit prüfen”.

There you can enter your address to check if the o2 my Home M is available at your new address in Solingen.

Change my Tariff instead to unlimited internet usage? what are your options?

I am sorry, in this case its not possible to switch from o2 My Home to o2 free unlimited tariff.

Unfortunately O2 My Home M is not available but O2 My Home L is available. Can I switch to L instead of M? If yes, then you can change my address to:
