I currently have O2 DSL internet. I am moving and transferring my O2 internet to my new house. I accidentally ordered the new internet to the wrong house address. I am needing to change that address. Is there a way I can do that online? Thank you!

Hello @blhamm1018 ,

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

If you can’t see the initial order anymore within your mein o2, then that is a good sign for the cancellation of said order. You should be able to now go ahead with the move to your new address, but if you want to make sure we can of course also take a look and see if everything worked out with it.

Kind regards, Sven

That is not possible. Contact o2 customer service to cancel your incorrectly placed order.

Hello! I contacted Customer Service yesterday via WhatsApp about cancelling an open DSL transfer order. They said they took care of it, and that I would get an email saying it was cancelled. I did not receive an email, but I looked on my O2 account this morning and it shows that I have no open orders. Does this mean that the order has been cancelled? Thank you!

The previously open order is not showing up anymore. So I don’t even have an order number to use as a reference to have it canceled. That is why I am wondering if that means it has already been canceled?
