Hello,

I just signed up from O2 broadband however the activation date is on the 4th of September.

Would it be possible to move it to the 11th of August or any earlier date than next month?

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

When it comes to a new broadband connection, you can expect that you’ll have a run up time for the activation of atleast 3 weeks, as such moving it to the end of this week when you have just ordered it, is not possible.

If you need Internet for the near future, you could make use of our Testkarte vor a month.
