Cannot get full internet speed

Hello


I am using 100 mbps internet, before it is OK, but recently the speed is quite low, and it only has 18 mbps and sometimes it is 10 mbps and the upload is basically 0. I am using cable connection. The router I am using is 6660.

Hello @zrflsn ,

you can contact the technical department by phone with the 0800 525 1378  or you can also reach them through the chat. As you might end up connected to someone that only speaks german within the technical department, it might be prudent to have someone that could translate for you in that case.

Übersicht (overview), Kanäle (channels) and Statistik.

The Router is rent from O2?

If not please manufacture, type and if FRITZ!Box Artikelnummer.

The upload is quiet low basically all day, the download speed sometime is high sometimes is low.

It became normal today, I don’t know what’s wrong, this low speed started at the beginning of this week, but now it is fine. I hope it will continue to be OK.

Hello @zrflsn ,

the error numbers are rather high in those screens, have you already had contact with our technical department? If not, I’d advise that you do, maybe with someone that could translate for you incase that you end up with someone that only speaks german.

yes, you are right, it is not stable, and it got slowly again, I haven’t contact with the technician, could you please help me to contact one of them, I am always at home.
