Recently, I placed an application for an Internet connection. A few days later, I attempted to cancel it, reaching the support both by e-mail at widerruf@cc.o2online.de and phone at 089666630081, but neither of my numerous attempts succeeded. Could you be so kind as to assist me with it, please?

Luckily, I could finally reach the support by phone. The matter is closed, I guess.

It can sometimes take a bit until a request to withdraw from a contract is completed. If you do have further questions about the contract or anything else, feel free to let us know.
