Hello. I moved in a new apartment which already has an O2 DSL contract. As I decided to take over the contract, the former tenant already filled in the form for changing the contract to my name. I received an e-mail from O2 guiding me to create an account. I did registered for an account but then the page keeps telling me “Aufgrund technischer Probleme können Ihre Daten derzeit leider nicht geladen werden. Bitte versuchen Sie es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt erneut.
Ihr O2 Team”
Consequently, I cannot change the payment info yet. Would you please tell me how to fix this problem? I haven’t had any other contracts with O2 before this DSL contract. Hopefully you can assist me to fix it uncomplicatedly.
