cancellation of contract due to move another apartment

Hello,

I am moving to another apartment which already has contract with O2 dsl. What can I do? Can i cancel one of the contract without a huge payment?

Are you an o2 DSL customer in your current apartment? if yes, place a regular moving order. o2 will then tell you whether they can switch or not.

    There are some questions left to ask to clarify the situation.

    You have a contract with us and move to a new appartment. What do you mean by “there is already a contract with o2”? Did the former tennant leave the appartment without cancelling the existing contract or are you moving to someone to share the appartment and the connectivity is already given by your new roommate? 

    It is important to know the difference to assist you in this matter.
