CANCELLATION DONE NO ANSWER

DEAR O2,

I HAD TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY IN JUNE.

I HAD TO DELETE MY M HOME INTERNET.

I HAVE SENT BACK THE ROUTER AND HAD AN E-MAIL CONFIRMATION.

I HAVE SENT MY KUNDIGUNGBESTATIGUNG THAT i HAVE LEFT THE APARTMENT.

I HAVE SENT THE PROOF THAT I GO TO SCHOOL MY COUNTRY.TO NURNBERG.

I NEVER RECEIVED AN ANSWER.I DO NOT EVEN LIVE IN GERMANY SINCE 2020 JUNE,STILL THEY ARE CHARGING ME EVERY MONTH WITH THE INTERNET WHILE THERE IS ANOTHER PERSON LIVING IN THE HOUSE WITH ANOTHER INTERNET.WHY NOBODY SAYS WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?WHY NOBODY HELPS?AND WHY NOBODY AT ALL SPEAKS IN ENGLISH-LIKE IN OTHER EU COUNTRIES-ON THE PHONE?????????

KINDLY HELP ME!

welcome to our community. :relaxed:

The cancellation of your DSL is still in progress because we are still waiting for the deregistration certificate of your appartment here in Germany. We need the proof that you left the country for good. The certificate of your school in Budapest is not enough because you could get back to your appartment after finishing the lessons. 

So if your send us the desired document we will stop your connection with immediate effect. Otherwise the contract will be cancelled by May 21st 2021.
