Hello,

Is it possible to cancel LTE internet contract using  customer number only?
I've lost the phone number attached to the contract.

it should be possible with customer number only. 

Do you use the LTE internet  longer than 14 days? Then you can cancel via letter:

Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG
