Cancelation of contract


Hello @o2_Flo , @o2_Support ,

I am having an issue where I had to leave Germany in a hurry due to coronavirus. I have a dsl contract with you and I would like to cancel my contract. Please let me know how I can go about that. Im now in another state and i could not get ahold of anyone from 02. Its been 4 months since i departed from Germany.

I see that I can do through the o2 app, but it is in german and it is confusing to know which way to take. 
Please give me some guidance. I already sent letters to you 2 times and i sent the router. The bills are just coming in and i do not want to pay them until the issue of the cancelation is resolved.

Thanks for the info i know all this stuff. But the problem is they are still not answering and the bills are coming in…… i will call them i guess to see if my letter arrived. Worst cancelaton proces i have ever seen. We must send a letter to them like what we are in the 20th century and dont have e-mails or internet.If i knew this was the procces for canceling i would never made a contract with o2.

What is the number i can call. I payed my bills almost 2 weeks ago but i can not see anything on my o2 site. It says there is an error and to try later. Its been like this for days. I dont have any way of seeing my bills or the amount that i need to pay still and i can not cancel becouse it says i have bills. Give me a phone number that i can call pls.

in order to clarify your invoices, please call our customer support. They offer Support in English as well on 089 666630081, Monday till Friday 10 am - 6 pm.
