Hello O2 Team,
I took a 2 year DSL contract in Munich. Unfortunately I had to move to a different city after 8 months. The landlord provides wifi at my new apartment, which I am paying for. I have sent the cancellation letter 3 times.
How do I cancel the contract?
Thanks in advance.

contract is contract. You have to move your dsl to the new address and cancel it to the end of the 24 month.
only, if it is not possible for o2 to give you dsl an your new address, than you can cancel with a 3 month fee

Hello,
I am the same person who posted the question. I cancelled my contract and paid the fine of 470€. I also returned back the DSL router. Still I am getting monthly bills and I cannot login to my account as it is terminated. I cannot contant the O2 customer care as the number is not valid anymore.
How do I finally close this issue?
Regards
Yedhu

Hey @Yedhu ,
nice to see you here again.
I took a look to your costumer data. We don´t get the DSL router back, so we have to calculade it.
When did you send us the DSL router and to witch address?
Have a nice day,
Tatjana
