Hi,

I recently subscribed to O2 DSL S and somehow I cannot confirm my email address.

It says on my account that a confirmation email was sent to my email box but I do not receive it: 

E-Mail Bestätigung abschließen:

Wir haben Ihnen eine E-Mail mit einem Bestätigungs-Link zugesendet. Bitte prüfen Sie Ihren E-Mail Posteingang.”

I tried to resend the confirmation email several times but it never worked. It’s not in the spam box and my email address is correctly written.

Could you help me with that?

I hope your DSL connection is running as it should? :-)

Unfortunately as of now we have some challenges regarding the confirmation of email addresses. Our technical department is aware of this and working on a fix for this., Right now I can only ask for some patience :-/

Unfortunately I have some issue with my email address cause I had to confirm it but unfortunately I click the option to don’t receive anymore email from O2; So I don’t know how to still receive email from O2 and also I don’t know how to confirm my email adress

Could you please help me?

welcome to the community.

In your customer data I see that your email address has already been correctly confirmed here and is also stored in your customer data. 
You will only not receive any promotional emails from us.
