Cable Router


I apply the cable internet on 25.04 without router, then I called the custom service to rent the DSL router on 28.04. But I still didn’t got the router yet, the technician will come to my home next Tuesday (17.05), so when can I get my router, if I can’t get my router in time, can I cancel renting the router?

Hello @zrflsn,

if the router wasn’t directly ordered together with the contract it can only be delivered after the activation of the line. As such you’d be receiving it shortly after the 17th.

When I called the customer service on 28.04, she said  it would take like 7 working days, now I just hope it could be my home ASAP, by the way, could you check it for me again if I successfully ordered the router (Fritzbox 6660, Internet & Landline order number: CINAo2XXXXXXX)? Thank you.

With a cable connection you could only rent the FRITZ!Box 6660.

Hello @zrflsn ,

a router has been ordered and should be sent out soon. Once that has happened you will also get a mail with the DHL tracking number so that you can follow where the delivery is currently.
