Hello! I've signed a contract for the internet a few days ago and had access to check the status of it in my account.
Today I've tried to login to my account (email is the same that I joined here in a community) and I see an error that I don't have an account via email.
Also, I know that I attached this email a month ago when I signed for a prepaid mobile number, and As I saw a few days ago:
- I have an account that linked to my prepaid mobile number, and email confirmed there
- When I entered via email, I had access to another account, where it was a contract for my home internet
- Now when I 'm entering via email — there is an error that account is not created
