Appointment for internet

I have a question. My landlord told me that only Telekom has the keys for connection room and I have my appointment for Tuesday 30th April. I would like to know how to let know to costume service about this problem. Otherwise my connection will not work.

If you have an appointment with a technician, this technician will be from the deutsche Telekom and as such should have the needed access to the facilities.
