Hello, last week my ADSL internet works very slow, could you please help?

After restarting (many times) o2box router new IP address was provided (seems like another pool of equipment) and now everything looks fine.

Glad to hear your internet speed is back again. If you want to analyse your connectivity just check our o2 My Service App You can use it in English if you like. If there is a problem with your device you can ask for a swap free of charge. If the line is damaged you can create a default ticket and get help by a technician.
