Activating my connection before the activation date.

Dear O2 support,

 

is there any way to activate my connection at an earlier date than 28.11.2022?

I’m using my own VLAN router and I got the PPPoE credentials by mail.

During registration I gave the last tenants last name so the process is faster.

I can also give you the Vorwahl and Leitungs-ID.

Hello @ajovanov ,

the time from order to activation for a DSL contract is in general about 3 weeks, so if you ordered somewhere around the 7th than this will already be the soonest date possible. If you asked for an especially late activation date when you ordered, then there might be a slim chance that we can book an earlier date.

    I meant VDSL instead of VLAN.
