First of all, hello again. My girlfriend and I have been O2 customers for over a year. However, due to the mistake of the O2 store employee, my internet is registered in her name and her internet is registered in my name (home internet). My first question is that we were paying 20 euros for my girlfriend's internet and it suddenly became 40 euros. Why was this increase made even though the promised internet speed was not available at her home?

Also, although I canceled my home internet about 10 months ago and sent the router I used to O2, I am still paying the bill. I moved to a dormitory and I cannot bring O2 here because there is already an internet infrastructure here? I want my payments back for 10 months.

Öncelikle merhaba. Kız arkadaşım ve ben bir yılı aşkın süredir O2 müşterisiyiz. Ancak O2 mağazası çalışanının hatası nedeniyle internetim onun adına, onun interneti ise benim adıma (ev interneti) kayıtlıdır. Ayrıca yaklaşık 10 ay önce ev internetimi iptal edip kullandığım router'ı O2'ye göndermeme rağmen hala fatura ödüyorum. Yurda taşındım ve burada zaten internet altyapısı olduğu için O2'yi buraya getiremiyorum? Ödemelerimi 10 ay süreyle geri istiyorum.

That is definitely not ideal when your internet contract and the internet contract of your girlfriend were switched when ordering in oine of our shops.

As we cannot see the data of your girlfreind via your login here, I can only speculate, it could be because a discount was limited to 24 months and ended - this you can see in the current and the last bill on page 2 and compare.

Regarding your intenet contract, the Homespot has been available at your current address, therefore the colleagues could not cancel the contract immediately.

Did you rergisterd the return of the homespot router via our router return portal?
