Good morning, I'm sorry but I don't speak German so I need an English assistance.

I am not an o2 customer, I've never had an o2 contract, and yet today I've noticed I received a 29.99€ charge on 17/04/2020. I honestly have no idea what that is about, I think it's a mistake.
I've read on your page about other customers facing similar issues.

I haven’t subscribed a contract with o2, so this is clearly a mistake and I must request for a refund.

The fastest solution: chargeback via bank account   … if you are sure, that you have no contract for mobile phone or monthly plan.
