Vertragsinhaberwechsel Mail not send


Meine Deutsche ist nicht die Besten in der Welt, und ich hoffe ihr verstehen. 
So, ich muss in eine andere Stadt gehen. Ich und meinem Nachbahr die DLS freigeben.
Ich mache die  Vertragsinhaberwechsel  aber meinem Nachbahr nicht die email empfangt.

So, me and my flat mate we were sharing my connection. I´m trying to giving my contract to him, as I need to move. I did all the procedure, but he is still not receiving the email for handling the process. We did all the stuff on 13 oktober, and yet no mail is received. How to fix this issue?

We had a problem concerning the website just the day you tried to hand over the contract. 

Did your flatmate already get the email or are you still in need of assistance?

He did not receive the mail, and we tried to call the costumer service, but apparently they interrupt the call. If it is possible to have a private communication I can hand over all the data required.

did you try again to send the email? Because we can’t arrange the change of owner via pm or communication by phone. 

Even though there are no forms to send you’d better ask your room mate if he checked the spamfolder for getting the email. 

Otherwise you’d better repeat the process.

Sehr geehrter Kunde,

vielen Dank für Ihren Auftrag zum Vertragsinhaberwechsel. Der neue Vertragsinhaber hat von uns eine E-Mail an die angegebene E-Mail-Adresse erhalten, damit die Beauftragung abgeschlossen werden kann.

Hierfür hat der neue Vertragsinhaber max. 14 Tage Zeit. Nach dieser Frist muss der Vertragsinhaberwechsel neu beauftragt werden.

Wir können den Inhaberwechsel erst bearbeiten, sobald der neue Vertragsinhaber den Auftrag abgeschickt hat.
