Router reset. Not successful registration


Hello. Coming back home After 1 week holidays, I found my internet connection not working. The internet button of the router was Red and blinking. I restarted and then reset the router several times. After reset, the button info on the router became red. Then going to o2.box website, the Page O2 homebox einrichtung appeared, as in the attached screenshot. Clicking on weiter, in the following Page, I was asked to insert a kennwort. I suppose I Need to create a new password After the reset. however After doing this, always following the rules for password creation, the last screenshot appeared (anmeldung nicht erfolgreich). I tried to use also the old WLAN password on the back of the router or Mein O2 website password. Whatever Is the choice, always the same error message appears. I did not have any possibility to insert the Voip-PiN, as the procedure failed at the kennwort entry. Anyone can suggest what to do? i Need urgently to fix the issue as I Need the WLAN for the home office.

do you rent the router from O2. 
Or do you buy it anywhere?

Thanks for the answer. It Is rent from O2 and at least up 1 week ago, It was working well.

Now the error message Is different. when i connect laptop or smartphones to the WLan through O2.box, I get the message 

Das netz wurde nicht erkannt 

and the procedure stops here without possibility to enter kennwort or PIN.

What should I do? restarted again and the message now Is always the same in the attachment.

are you sure they provide support for technical issues at the Number above in english and not Just info on the contract, order, payment or similar?

During installation I was said to call another Number in Munich and, unfortunately, no english support provided for technical troubles.
