Regarding changing the technician appointment for installation of o2 connection in my new house


I have requested for a o2 move to my new house and I also suggested a installation date as 1.4.2021. Today I got a mail which say me to confirm technician appointment for o2 dsl installation or change to new appointment. I would be glad to change to some date earlier such as 26.3.2021. Is it possible to pre-pond the appointment? 

I have attached the mail i got from o2 as screen shot.

I want to clarify this question before using this option below because once i clicked and when I cannot pre-pond the appoint and only post-pond it, its really sad.

Looking forward to your suggestion

Hello @siva123,

you can try to arrange a new date by clicking on the “Termin passt nicht” button and enter an earlier date. Please keep in mind that we can not promise that an activation to an ealier date will be possible. After enterering a nnew date this will be sent to the local provoder who checks for available apointments. As soon as we get a confirmation for a date we will inform you :-)
