Problem order DSL

Hi, I ordered the installation of a DSL and I already have a date for it. However, I received an email with a link to register and continue with a new step, but the link doesn´t work. I think my order is still in step one due to this, how could I know if everything is ok?

There is no need to worry, it is not necessary to manually advance to a new step over our online portal. This offers just the possibilities to see how far the current process has already advanced.

You will be also informed via email if there is an action necessary or we have urgent information for you :-)
