O2 DSL no internet


Hi,

I got a  O2 DSL M contract transferred from her name to my name. When I connected to the Network and got through all the steps of O2.box settings, my browser page got redirected to some random “http://msftconnecttest.com” and then to Vodafone wrong account page. And I still have no internet access.

 

This is strange and when I reported to O2 customer care guys they were like we don’t know this issue and handed me a O2 helpline number. I could not go through the call to talk to a human ever.

 

Please help. I am without internet.

The Problem is that the Cell Phone is probing for the Internetconnection.

But with a router that has not setup jet is is not possibel and my be you phone switch back to the mobile mode? Is O2 NOT your cell phone provider?

Switch the phone to flight mode. And than just turn on WLAN, and try to finish the setup of the homebox. Did you make a werkreset on the router? Press the button in the littel hole on the back side for 15 seconds.

how does it look now? Was the tip from@schluej helpful and is your DSL connection up and running again?
