My O2 Power/DSL light blinking and connection is interrupting frequently

PLEASE Help ME.

 

I took an O2 DSL connection (MY HOME L), I bought the new FRITZ! Box 7590 for this connection.

It was activated 3 weeks back and am using since then.

However , from last 3 days I am facing issue as Power/DSL light blinking and connection is interrupting frequently .It takes some minutes until the connection is again established.

I did power reset, disconnect all and connect again the router , change the DSL cable ,  etc.., But still having the same issue.

 

Please help me to resolve this problem. Thanks!

I have checked your connection, these disconnects can have many different causes. First of all, please check all cable connections for loose contacts. Please do not use extension cables or multiple sockets and only use the original cables if possible.

If the cables are all in order, please carry out a power reset: pull the plug of the switched-on router out of the socket. Wait 1 to 2 minutes. After the power reset, the LEDs should all light up again after a short time. Then please leave the router switched on permanently. If the disconnects occur again, please call our English hotline: 089 66 66 30 081, Monday till Friday 10 am - 6 pm. They will open a ticket for you and possibly sent a technician to check your connection on site.
