Dear o2 team,
I have contract with o2 dsl (O2 DSL Classic S Flex) since April 2017. Sonce July 2020, it is very slow. I hardly open my e-mail account. We share wifi with my flatmate and she also has the same problem.
I would be very happy if you can inform me about the reason or fix the problem.
