I can't see my monthly invoices on-line


So, basically I want to see my monthly invoices here in O2 but whenever I click in Tarif & vertrag it will redirect me every time to https://hilfe.o2online.de/ instead. Every single time. 

Also, whenever o2 sends me a message to verify my account or something, it says the webpage encountered an error and it cannot be done, that I should try later, but the same error happened several times aswell.

I’m confused here, can anyone help and tell me why this happens? Is it the browser? Because it happened both with my phone and computer.

welcome back to our community. 

If you like to see your invoices you have to log out of this community completely and sign in with the mobile phone number (Homespot and Mobile) or your DSL landline number. Afterwards you will get access to all your contract details including the invoices. 

The community login is a separate channel and allowes also prospecitve customers to join us. But this is a limited access because of data security.
