Hello,

I have a O2 my Home M contract of two years ending on 12.12.2020.

I’m moving abroad on 20.12.2020 so I want to cancel my contract a couple of days before. Is it possible to keep having the internet connection until 19.12.2020/20.12.2020?

Also I have an O2 router, can I send it back a few days before 20.12.2020?

What is the process for cancelation in this case? do I have to give notice from now?

@guillermoriospavia first you are to late for a normal cancellation of your contract. The last date was the 12.09.2020. Now the contract will normal end to 12.12.2021 if you cancel. For moving abroad please read here.
