DSL termination and charges


Hi, i have completely terminated my O2 DSL contract and returned the router as well. But why is the amount still being deducted? I have received another email regarding this months deduction. 

I have already asked once before but the issue is still not solved. Kindly help me here.

Please o2 services, solve the issue and stop deducting my money and return the unnecessary deducted money.

Hi @domsrs,
welcome to our community. It's a pity that you want to leave us. On which date was your cancellation confirmed? Keep in mind that the basic fees and connection charges are calculated retroactively.

Thank you for your response. i Had cancelled it in the month of august and i received an email on August 16 that it will be cancelled on 29.09.2021 (September). I assumed they would charge me the last connection charges for month of September. But i received the mail for deduction again. Is this the last deduction? Because i do not have the router and the connection..

yes, it was the final invoice you got from us. Everything is finished now.
