Hi there. I had terminated the O2 contract for 2 years, which I signed in December 2017. In my letter of termination I had received confirmation from O2. For a connection that I never use, however, I am still charged a monthly fee. Please help us understand why my cancellation request is still not in effect.
Hello. I had cancelled the O2 contract for 2 years that I had signed up in December 2017. I had received an acknowledgement from O2 on my cancellation letter.
