DSL activation fees on Check24

Hello!

I have recently made an order for O2 My Home L for two years. I made it through check24, there were (and there are) these prices:

Later I have received the “Welcome letter” from O2 where prices looked like this:

So, I want to know who cheated me? Why activation costs differs so much? 55 euro vs 120 euro?

Second question is: how should I pay these money? Or they will be withdrawn automatically from my IBAN?

And third - I have received “early login” link on e-mail. But this link does not work. When I go on it, I see the next:

What email already exist? I just push the link from the letter. I have tried to clean up cookies an even to use another browser, but have same “error message” in address bar

First question is clear for me now. Nobody cheats. There is 50 euro discount from O2 for router Anschlusspreis, 15 euro for Anschlusspreis.

Hello @GTonyV,

I am glad to see that the urgent question regarding the costs is already answered. On the first page of the confirmation you will see the normal prices, discounts are displayed below this or on the second page.

The amount of the activation fee and any one time charges will automatically be deducted with the first invoice, so you do not have to go to a bank and transfer the money yourself. :-)

Have you already tried to login with your email and the password that you selected without using the link that you recieved in the email? :-)
